The easy answer here would be whisky. Voted best gaming accessory for several decades running. But I digress.
I like the GM Screen. But not as a barrier between the players and GM, not hide die rolls behind, not to keep everything hidden. But to consolidate all the charts you need to run the game in one place. With art on the other side to help project the feel of the game setting.
