Well this one isn't so much for a game but a supplement meant for many different games. A bit OSR and a whole lot of grueling evil. It's Lusus Naturae: A Gruesome Old-School Beastiary by Rafael Chandler. This is dark, damn dark, fucking dark. This shit will make your gamers toss their lunches and run away in terror.
Rafael is known for doing some nasty gaming material and he just keeps kicking it up a notch... every... damn... time. Not for the faint of heart, the prude or those who feel ill at the sight of blood... or bodily organs. This one not only raises the bar but it wraps a string of intestine around it then paints it with pigs blood.
