That Blog Over There - Musing About Adventures in Classical Editions Play
This time I'm pointing out a blog that has recently been restarted. Ezra West ran a blog for quite some time before calling it quits for a bit. But now he's back and in the saddle once again. What it looks like we're in for is more discussions about adventures in older editions of some of the classic games. Personally I look forward to this.
So check out "Musings About Adventures In Classical Editions Play" even if you can't remember the entire name of the blog from time to time. It'll be worth it.

It's that time of the week again. Where I try to point your attention over to another blog that out there on the net which I think deserves some attention. I mean, I prefer blogs over videos, guess I'm just old fashioned.
This time it's the blog These Old Games which is ran by Phil Viverito. Lot's of old school material here to dig through. Plenty of descriptions, pictures, and all that good stuff. Some really quality material here. So please go check it out and let em know Peter Amthor sent you.
As usual, if you know of any blogs I should check out please drop a link in the comments.

That Blog Over There - Psionic Cyclops
It's Tuesday once again. So that means it's time for me to point you over towards another blog or site that is worth checking out. The time it's Psionic Cyclops.
Once again this is a very old school style focus of games. But this is also a new blog. With some in depth world building articles, various musing on new zines, play reports. It looks like a blog that is really off to a good start. Hoping the person behind it can keep things going as we need more good blogs like this around.
See who else I've made a Tuesday Promo post about trying to give them a bit of notice.
Know of another blog or site that you think could use a little promotion? Drop a message and a link in the comment section. Sometimes we can only find out about new places if someone points them out.

That Blog Over There - The Other Side
That time of the week again, time to shine a light onto another blog out there that is plugging away.
This time it's the work of Timothy S. Brannen and his blog The Other Side. This one is heavy into the Old School style of gaming with plenty of detailed articles to dig through. Along with a list of regular features to help make finding things a bit easier.
Take a look at what he has to offer and let him know you're checking out his stuff.
Know of any blogs I should check out or add to the blog roll at the bottom of my page here? Well the one that's visible to desktop users, not so much to phone folks. Drop me a link in my comments and I'll give them a gander.

That Blog Over There - Swords & Stitchery
This week I'm pointing the spotlight over on the Swords & Stichery blog.
The guy posts A LOT. He's constantly pushing out content, more than I could ever keep track of. Most of eat geared towards the Old School Role Playing feel. New creatures, now magic items, some reviews, you name it, this guy is dipping into it quite a bit. So go on over and scroll through what he has to offer.

Tuesday Promo - Neural Archive
It's Tuesday again, so time to shine a light over on somebody else out there doing cool stuff. This time I'm aiming it at Neural Archive and the guy behind it Paul 'Geist' Gallagher.
For those who don't know this guy is the person behind some really great products like Augmented Reality, the Sprawl Goons series and Remote Control. He has a great brain for some gritty cyberpunk material and never disappoints. The recent 'Sprawlvember' prompt party was his creation as well.
So go check out the blog NEURAL ARCHIVE and do some reading. You may find some stuff you really like.
See you next Tuesday with another person, site, whatever that I recommend you all check out.

Tuesday Promo - Gregorius21778
At one point I was trying to promote other folks and their stuff every Tuesday. Sadly it didn't last long as real life (as always) intruded and I had less time to spend doing stuff on here. Now I have more free time so I feel I need to make an attempt at that again.
So today I'm pointing over to a blog calld 'Gregorius21778'. This person stays pretty dang busy. He put out material every day for Sprawlvember and then previously everyday for Morktober the month before. Not to mention a huge amount of previous material and has released a lot of product.
Lots of creative ideas are over there. I haven't even begun scratching the surface on looking through it all. So if you want to see read some cool shit then look no further than that particular blog.

That blog over there! Methods and Madness.
Pointing out a blog called Methods & Madness this time around. Specifically one post of theirs in particular which really hit the mark with me. Talking about less is more and that maybe we need less stuff in our tabletop roleplaying games. So head over there and give it a read!
https://methodsetmadness.blogspot.com/2025/03/i-want-less.html
After reading that be sure to look through the rest of what they have up. A lot of gems over there.

Tuesday Promo - The Primogen
This week on my Tuesday Promo is a youtube series that I have begun watching lately. As I've mentioned before I'm getting ready to start up a Vampire TM game here soon and discovered The Primogen while looking online to get myself back on track with the lore. What I like about most of his work is that he does one piece at a time instead of trying to forward load everything. So if I'm not interested in something I can simply skip that video or point out a specific area I need info on and watch that. He has a patreon account sat up and is producing new videos every few days.
Please click here to take a look at his youtube channel.
Also I would like to note that he has starting doing the same for Mage the Ascension. Which is good because that is the other old White Wolf game that I am most interested in running again in the future. So I'll likely be watching his videos quite a bit into the future.

Tuesday Promo - House of Dok
Starting up what will hopefully be a Tuesday tradition on here. I'm calling it the Tuesday Promo and each time I will be pointing out something in the gaming hobby that I like. It may be a blog, a person, a company, something that I think more folks need to lay eyes on.
This week it's going to be House of Dok Productions. Publishers of the Fractured Kingdown and the superhero Metahumans Rising roleplaying games. I first ran into the person in charge when I gave Pluspora a try after the closure of G+ and they've since become a regular on my social networks over on MeWe and now Twitter.
I was given a copy of Metahumans Rising and really enjoyed what I've read of it so far. Just need to finish it up and write a review. But as anyone who follows my blog has notice it's that my focus is often all over the board and may completely switch over night.
Most recently they put up a Metahumans Rising supplement at 'Pay What You Want' pricing over on DrivethruRPG. So you can hop over and grab a copy of The Burning Earth: Arena to see what kind of quality material they put out. Actually you can get the core book at PWYW as well so you have no excuse not to give this game a look over.
Also be sure to check out their website as well. There are regular updates and material being posted often.
